Look at the first gif. That’s Natasha Romanov, master assassin, who just went toe-to-toe with the Hulk and lived. She’s just been told her partner in crime needs to be taken out.
Look at the second gif. That’s Natasha Romanov, master of the murder game, and she’s preparing to take out one of the only people in the world that she’s close to.
Look at the third gif. That’s Agent Romanov, legend of the criminal underworld, and she’s started putting together everything she knows about her target, every weakness she can exploit, every way she could get the upper hand.
Look at the fourth gif. That’s the Black Widow, the woman that makes Mob Bosses wet the bed, who haunts the nightmares of every damn low-life in the crime circle, and she motherfucking copies.
a reason I love this scene so much is because she was /scared/ of the hulk, like any sane human would be. and she was never portrayed as weaker for being scared, and she fought past it like an actual character. and that’s what I really love: it was a dimension, not just the one dimensional “strong” women characters that we’ve been getting (not that they’re all bad. Zoe, man) that are never ever allowed to be both scared and fucking badass and capable. and we need more characters that can be both, or badass and mourning, or badass but still feminine (stereotypically). because that shows females watching this that yes, you can be scared out of your fucking mind and still be someone who is capable enough to be the best in the world.
this is fucking hot
Question; why does Captain America’s midriff show? The male Cap has a full suit.
Also, I like the casting choices.
Guys, hey, guys. Do you remember that time that Coulson called Natasha and she ended up forming the Avengers? Remember how she did that by digging up Bruce Banner and introducing Steve to him then was the voice of reason when Tony and Steve were bickering and then how she brought Clint back from being mind controlled so that they can be a team? Remember that? Remember how the Black Widow out smarted a god? Remember that time she kept her shit together when the Hulk attacked her, even though she was really scared? Remember when she knocked an alien off his flying scooter and figured out how to drive it despite it being extrateresstrial tech, then got her ass up to the top of Stark Tower, found Loki’s staff and saved the world from being invaded by turning off the machine?
Remember how she was the central character of the whole freaking movie?
Anyone else remember that? I sure do.
AND I STILL CAN’T FIND ANY BLACK WIDOW MERCH
I can’t either. WHAT THE FUCK DISNEY, MARVEL, & HASBRO?!?!?
My goddaughter wants a Black Widow figure for her birthday (still) and it’s in two months. Throw me a freakin’ bone here, will ya?
“After the death of the Sentry and his warnings about of the arrival of the monstrous alien Brood, the Black Panther uncovers a secret plot to destroy the West Ford* Satellite in order to protect the earth. The destroyed satellite would launch millions of needles into high orbits and initiate a Kessler Syndrome** event, causing the earth to be enveloped in an envelope of hypersonic orbiting bullets, and rendering space travel impossible for centuries. All this in hopes of keeping aliens off the vulnerable planet. The Panther must track down the plotters, but isn’t even sure if he should stop it.”
Thank you turbofanatic
Your version of the Avengers has to be my favorite.
Here’s the description for this part:
"Walk into the club like what up I got a big cock
This is Janet van Dyne (the Wasp), business partner with benefits to Hank Pym, who was trying to solve world hunger with giant chickens. She decided to train them as horses because she is a crazy Texan. No powers, just giant chickens.”
